Haunted Cape Cod

One of my favorite things to do on the Cape every few years is to go on the haunted history walking tour that's given in the beautiful old historic town of Barnstable. The last time I did this was two years ago in the summer of 2013 with my niece Hayley and my sister (her mom) Jennifer. It was really cool, and I experienced some truly unexplainable things on this tour that left me quite stunned. When I got home that night I wrote them down so that I wouldn't forget the details. My belief in spirits and in the absolute certainty of life after death was very much reinforced during this tour.

The Crocker Tavern House is very old, very lovely, and very haunted.

I had a very creepy experience in this Old Jail. Something touched the back of my left arm and trailed down it. I turned around to see what Hayley wanted because I thought it was her, but it wasn't Hayley. There was no explanation for it that we could see or find. I truly believe that I was touched by a ghost!

We walked around to more places than these and learned some neat things. It's a fun way to learn more about history and about ghostly activity on the Cape. I've also been on the haunted history tour on Nantucket, which was very good. There's one in Provincetown that I haven't done yet but it's on my list.
I highly recommend this tour!
