Wisdom, Humor, and Inspiration in October

October was a hard month--I needed all of the wisdom, humor, and inspiration I could get!

I'm trying to bear them as "cleverly" as I can 😭

I'm a big believer in the power of lifestyle choices on our health and not going directly to drugs or surgery to fix health problems. We default to those things way too quickly as a society (especially drugs!).

I've been trying to work on this regularly as I prepare to downsize to a smaller house next year.

This was a refreshing article!

"Take on the responsibility to diligently manage what is within your control and let the rest go." ✔

I have to say that I think I'm good at all of these things in the bullet points, but I could improve on having a good sleep schedule. I should go to bed earlier than I usually do and try to get more sleep than I usually get.

Cute!
I have a bridge in my mouth too. No tooth ferry though. 😁

"Consistency is the key to achieving any goal, and setting up a schedule is the key to consistency."

This is one thing I agree with the CDC on. This is the source of one of my biggest ongoing conflicts with John!

Looks like no matter what, I'll be covered Social Security-wise (provided it still exists!).

This is true 😂

Crazy Times Scrapbook, October 2022

My suspicions about many things happening in the U.S. and in the world have remained high this fall...

"Far from being a 'conspiracy theory,' the Great Reset is commonly presented by the WEF as the ultimate end game..."

Watch out for China especially. I believe it's one of the most evil, nefarious places on the planet.

For this and many other reasons, #deletetiktok

China is of course involved with the fentanyl epidemic as well.

This is a travesty. Words can't do justice to how upset I am about this so I won't even try. Something is seriously wrong with this country.

Why can't we be smart like Sweden with this?

And even the CEO of Moderna!

Twitter blocked one of my modern-day political heroes...
