Just a quick note to acknowledge that the background of my blog has turned black! I thought at first that it was a temporary thing or something going on with my computer, but I thought wrong. The pretty background that was there for at least a decade has disappeared because The Cutest Blog on Block website where I got it is no longer functioning and has gone the custom route that you have to pay for. Which at first I was like, there's no way I'm paying for that, but after looking at the options (which are nice but overpriced), I might. I've explored the free backgrounds and templates offered by Blogger and it looks like they'd all change my layout, fonts, and sidebar stuff in ways that I don't want. My blog and I have been together for a long time and we've been through a lot together (ha ha) so I might treat it. 😀 But for now and for the foreseeable future, I have a black blog, and it's cool, if not a little drab. Let The Doll Sweet Journal have its goth phase, it's fine! ❤😆❤
