My Cape Bedroom

I like relaxing in my bedroom on the Cape, especially on a peaceful Sunday afternoon (which happens to be when I took many of these pictures).

I like the way the afternoon sunlight shines in through the window onto the Laura Ashley bedspread.




I love the two boys who cozy up on their mother's bed.

I like relaxing, reading, and taking naps on my comfy bed.

I LOVE this pretty Tiffany lamp! We got it with the house and I appreciate the previous owners' good taste.

And finally, this pretty box holds most of my ever-growing shell collection.

This room is a peaceful retreat for me. I love that wherever I am, whatever I'm doing, it's there waiting for me whenever I come back again.
