Wisdom and Inspiration in January

There was so much wisdom, humor, and inspiration in January (thanks in large part to re-joining Instagram) that I decided to split them into two posts! Since wisdom and inspiration seem to match up better, I'm doing them today, and I'll do humor tomorrow. Not to knock humor, because it can most definitely be both wise and inspiring; it gets to have its very own post! But for today, here is the wisdom and inspiration that I found in January, at least as far as my phone's camera goes. 😆

Let them go.

Mine do!

The Sound of Music is an enduring classic for a reason. It's one of my long-time favorites!

I liked this depiction of Lehi's tree of life vision.

This stood out to me from a Conference talk I was reading:
These are some of the main reasons why I do the things I do in the Church and the temple. I've experienced these things for myself, and I'll never turn my back on the miracles and fulfilled promises that have happened in my life.

Story of my life the last few years, and so it continues...

Wellll, I don't know if my next relationship will be my last (unless I get very lucky), but I like the sentiment of this and I agree with most of it...

I call it both 😆

I've had this...

And I hope to have this...

Visions are the coolest. I like this depiction of Nephi's vision of Mary. The art in Come, Follow Me this year is killing it.

Me too...
