My family has a trio of summer birthdays all within about two weeks of each other. First there's mine, then my brother Nathan's a week later, and then our mom's nine days after that. We celebrate in August with a joint birthday party. This is one of the things I love about living here again!
Nathan's girlfriend Kat is a talented baker and she made an absolutely delicious cake. Not only was it very pretty, it tasted SO GOOD!

The birthday singing is always awkward 😂
We played Clue Master Detective, one of my favorite games. We ran out of time and nobody won, so we all did!
