November is such a nice combination of the last of October's fall foliage, Thanksgiving and the season of gratitude, and the beginnings of Christmas and the holiday season. My pictures are evidence of this wonderful trifecta of happiness!

We had a lovely Thanksgiving at my mom's house. It was me and David's first Thanksgiving together! 🧡 Sam was with us, too.
That weekend, our friends the Walthers stopped by with this fun (and delicious) homemade gingerbread man advent treat.
We hung it on the side of the pantry and ate one a day until Christmas.
