I love the virtue of integrity. I did a personal progress project about it a few years ago and it forever changed me for the better when it comes to living my life with integrity and trying to be honest in all things.

I've been working on letting myself feel some of my more difficult emotions rather than trying to avoid them or talk myself out of them. It's hard, but I'm finding it to be helpful and healing.



This is such a good definition of gaslighting. I will never let this happen to me again.
