Around the House in June

I signed up for a CSA (Community-Supported Agriculture) subscription over the summer and received lots of good farm-fresh produce from it. My skin was positively glowing for awhile as I feasted on all of the greens and veggies.

It looked like the fridge got lettuce bombed!

And at the opposite end of the spectrum, a double smore! It's all about balance, right? 😜

Violet resting in the shade of the ferns.

Speaking of ferns, I loved the "Enchanted Forest" Dishscape for June!

I put out the summer decorations.

I cleaned out and emptied the playroom in preparation for my sister and nephews to move in. We kept a few "special" snakes from Sam's collection and got rid of the rest. I took a picture of some of the giveaways in case we ever get nostalgic. Which he probably won't, but for some crazy reason I might.

I'm going to sell the Lego table because he doesn't use it anymore. It was a good table and it served us well for several years.

The picture wall and picture ledge in the basement before I took it all down. 😢

A cute little bunny in the backyard

Sometimes weird stuff comes in the CSA box. I think this is kohlrabi (whatever that is!).

I forget what that thing on the right is, but it reminds me of a six (or seven) fingered hand (Inigo Montoya!) or of a heart.

A pretty little arrangement of mums for the Fourth of July.

Bentwood likes to curl up on this hooded puppy blanket, but Sam flipped the narrative and put it on him instead which made us laugh. It's a puppy with kitty legs!

We did it to Violet too. 😄

Good times!
