Ruth Ware and her new book
She wrote a sequel to one of my favorite mystery thrillers, The Woman in Cabin 10. When I found out that she was coming to An Unlikely Story to talk about The Woman in Suite 11, I made sure to get a ticket. I got a signed copy of the book, and I got to see one of my favorite mystery writers again.
P.S. The book was good, though not as good as its predecessor. But I'm glad she wrote it!

I made this list at the beginning of summer, and I read zero of the books on it. My book reading is way down this year! 😩
I was able to check off two on this list!

Mani-Pedi
I got a mani-pedi before my trip to Montana. I wanted the manicure in case a ring would be placed on my finger during that trip. That did not happen, but the proposal did! The ring came a few weeks later.
