What were the two causes of celebration, you might ask? One was Sam's 16th birthday, and the other was my mom's retirement. We enjoyed a big family dinner at our favorite hibachi grill to celebrate!

I can't believe Sam is 16 now! My baby is growing up fast. And I'm happy for my mom, who deserves a wonderful retirement. Life is good!
