Glacier National Park is Amazing!

Towards the end of July, I went to Montana for a few days to meet David's family and see where he grew up. When he picked me up at the airport, we drove up to Glacier National Park. We spent a few hours there, and it was amazingly and stunningly beautiful. We will return again in the future—there's so much more to see and do. It was a wonderful introduction to the beautiful state of Montana!

We drove up a mountain on the Going-to-the-Sun Road and ended at the top, where the Continental Divide is. We stopped along the way a few times to take in the view and take pictures. Speaking of which, I'll let the pictures do most of the rest of the talking!

A river runs through it!

Waterfall + the road we were driving on (it's the horizontal line)

I was impressed by the steep line of trees going down the mountainside. So geometric and naturally beautiful!

A surreal backdrop

Now that's what I call a "mountain meadow."

We went for a short hike on a trail.

Bunny with snow shoes!

The rocks had a reddish tint, and the water had a turquoise one. What a great combination of natural colors. 😍

And here are some of David's pictures (somewhat out of order):

If you haven't been to Glacier National Park, you must go! It truly is a national treasure. I can't wait to go back and see more of it!
