Cape Cod House

The Cape house (or "Cape Coddage" as I like to call it) is located in the town of West Yarmouth, which is in the middle of Cape Cod on the Nantucket Sound side. The beach, mini-golf, and ice cream are all within easy walking distance. There are easy backroads to Hyannis where you can catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. The house is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood, but Route 28 with all of its restaurants and shopping is nearby. There are water views of the bay behind the houses across the street. It's an easy 15-minute or less walk to the beach, or a 2-minute drive.

The house has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 8-10 people comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a living room, and a finished basement with a rec room and ping-pong table. There is internet and cable TV. Each of the bedrooms has a window air-conditioning unit and they cool down the house nicely in the summer.

Back of the House

The backyard is completely fenced in and private with a new fence. There's a patio table with umbrella and chairs, a propane grill, a fire pit with chairs, a private outdoor shower, a hammock, and yard games.

And that's the house!

You can ask me for information about rates and availability. We only rent to family and friends, or to trusted friends of family and friends, and we do so for less than the rate that is typical of the Cape. The house is available year-round, at a higher rate from Memorial Day to Labor Day and at a lower rate for the rest of the year.

Come enjoy the beautiful Cape! 😍
