My friend Laurie made these adorable (and delicious!) cookies for our book group meeting.
At the temple bright and early for one of my ordinance worker shifts. This is a great place to start and spend half a day.
In the evening on a different day when I was there with David.
Find me! (It's like the Brady Bunch 😆)
I look better in this picture
Sam's seminary class at sunrise a few days before Easter at a field near our house. Sam is third from the left.
This is a funny picture from John that I think I forgot to add to his mission pictures post, but I will do so once I'm finished with this post. Missionaries face a lot of this kind of attitude! Someday, they'll realize what they were missing.
A sweet picture on my laptop screen
A pretty napkin at the library. I used to collect napkins when I was younger! This one definitely would have gone in the collection box.
Hayley sent me this sweet picture of Bentwood that had come up on her phone.
I miss him. And I miss Violet, I miss Romeo, Olive, Boo Boo, Brody, Yogi, and Christy. I miss all of my beloved pets, and I miss having pets.
I went for a walk in the woods on one of my favorite trails, and when I got back to the car, one of my favorite symphonies was playing (Beethoven's Ninth). Perfect!
Maybe I should try these. 😆
My hair has aged poorly and I'm sure it's due to genetics, so I'm not sure how much these would help, but if I didn't have my "extra hair," I think I'd be very likely to invest in one of these and give it a try. The helmet is especially funny. 😄 Which is fine as long as it's effective!
Before I got my extra hair, I had looked into doing this. But I heard it was painful and the process was a little icky and I'm not even sure it would work, so I decided not to.
From Laurie's Relief Society lesson. She did this cute visual on the board that looked like a quilt.
A note David left in my planner when he made a nice candlelit al fresco dinner for us one evening, for when I got home from working at the library. It was so sweet (and tasty!).
